Lemongrass Thai Restaurant Review


We recently went to Lemongrass Thai, and I decided to do a review on it, since there haven't been any food posts lately, or any posts for that matter. Sorry about that...:(
There napkin folding was pretty unique and the restaurant was very nice.

As an appetizer, we ordered vegetable rolls. They had cumber, avocado, lettuce, and carrots, and were served with an amazing peanut sauce.


We ordered a soup called Tom Yam Pak. It had vegetables and a lot of herbs and lemongrass. This soup was literally one of the best soups I have ever had. The flavours came through so well and it was just amazing. I could taste all the herbs and the vegetable were not overcooked. It was almost the best part of the meal.

Our entree was Pad Ma Khua Jay with white rice. That was basically a bunch of vegetables and vegetarian roasted duck made out of wheat, in a chili sauce. It wasn't my favorite. It was too salty for all of us, but the vegetables weren't too bad.

My favorite part of the meal was probably this homemade coconut ice cream. It was really rich and you could taste the young coconut in the ice cream. It was a delicious way to end the meal.

Overall, I would give this restaurant a 3 out of 5 stars.
