Pastas Alimenticias de Huevos (Egg Pasta)



First of all, all you Spanish speakers please correct my Spanish in the comments which are located blow this post.(Jackie) 

Today I decided to post a recipe that is one of our family favs! Our family has weird taste buds so we all don't necessarily like the same foods which is problem for us. Over the time, my wonderful madre(mom) came up with this excellent recipe! 


For my pasta I'm using the Ragu Elbow Style.

Place about  4 cups of pasta in a pot and 1 tspn of salt with 6 cups of water. Bring this mixture to a boil.

While your mixture is boiling go ahead and beat 4 eggs.

 If you have time, set out your spices so you don't have to go searching for them last minute! 
*This is just an estimated amount so you can put as much as ya like
By now your pasta must have boiled so you can go ahead and drain it. If you want you can slightly rinse it under cold water.
This picture looks a little disturbing ,I know, but that's how it looked. All you did here was take a new pot and mix in the oil,cumin seeds,and Green chili.
Once the eggs looked scrambled enough add in the pasta and mix it some more. Then add in the rest of your spices.

If you want you can garnish the pasta with sup chopped up cilantro. Then your dish is ready!
