Veggie Sandwich



I had this amazing sandwich for lunch recently and I want to share how I made it with you.

Ingredients:

Beets

Which were then roasted with spices

Trader Joe's Organic Pepper Jack Cheese

Ground Black Pepper

Homegrown Arugula 

Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and avocado

and of course buns


How to make it:

1. Take the buns and slice them in half . Then add the sliced beets, tomatoes, and arugula.

2. Add cheese, bell peppers, and cucumber.

3. Add avocados. Sprinkle with desired amount of black pepper and salt.

4. Enjoy!
