This is some delicious bruschetta that I had for dinner last night. If you don't know what bruschetta is, it's vegetables (mostly tomatoes) on top of tiny slices of bread. So this isn't bruschetta in the classic sense; it's a variation. There are bell peppers, squash, and tomatoes cut into small pieces mixed with spices and cheese. We put those on top of small slices of French bread and sort of toasted them for 15 minutes. It's not the original bruschetta but it was great!
